Role Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Indiana or multi-state compact (must be attached to your resume)
  • Current ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association only; must be attached to your submission)
  • Two to five years of recent Telemetry or LTAC experience in a hospital setting
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent, evidence-based nursing care through the full scope of the Nursing Process
  • Safely manage and supervise direct patient care and prioritize based on patient needs and staff competencies
  • Promote and uphold hospital policy, participate in continuing education, and serve as a resource for peers
  • Mentor and delegate to assigned personnel under your supervision
