Key Details:
- Orientation available twice monthly for optimal flexibility
- Hospital features specialized centers in neurology, oncology, cardiology, and womens health
- Modern patient care: 355-bed main hospital, Level 3 NICU, and comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation
- Facility includes a dedicated behavioral health hospital for adult patients
Schedule/Hours:
- Schedule varies; travel assignments allow for flexibility
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous experience in telemetry nursing (RN-Tele)
- BLS and ACLS certifications strongly preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry for diverse patient populations
- Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes
- Document patient care in an accurate and timely manner
- Support orientation and training of new staff as needed
