Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients cardiac telemetry data continuously, recognizing and responding promptly to any changes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physicians orders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license.
  • Experience in Telemetry nursing or critical care preferred.
  • Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
  • Ability to operate cardiac monitoring equipment with proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
