Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients cardiac telemetry data continuously, recognizing and responding promptly to any changes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physicians orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience in Telemetry nursing or critical care preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
- Ability to operate cardiac monitoring equipment with proficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
