Deliver excellent patient care as a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. This contract opportunity requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering patient- and family-centered care in a dynamic environment. You will work alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes, quality service, and a safe hospital experience.

Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Prior experience in Telemetry or acute care nursing preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Skilled at delegating tasks and mentoring staff
- Commitment to upholding evidence-based practice standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough patient assessments and reassessments as needed, intervening based on clinical findings
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized patient care plans in close collaboration with families and multi-disciplinary teams
- Monitor and document patient responses to clinical treatments and adjust care as clinically indicated
- Educate patients and families on care needs, procedures, and discharge instructions to promote understanding and involvement
- Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel and provide mentorship and guidance
- Actively participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives in alignment with current best practices
- Advocate for patient safety and satisfaction, adhering to regulatory and hospital standards
