Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Shifts as required by the facility
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Georgia or compact state license
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry nursing (RN-Tele)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes, medications, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
