As a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, youll deliver coordinated, high-quality care for a designated group of patients, adhering to established standards and the nursing process. This role provides the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and exercise clinical judgment, independence, and supervisory skills. Assigned to the Float Pool, you will engage in both training and education hours, ensuring you remain at the forefront of evidence-based nursing while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license, eligible in California
- Minimum one year of recent Telemetry RN experience
- Proficient in critical thinking, independent clinical judgment, and patient assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to an assigned group of patients
- Supervising and guiding various levels of nursing staff
- Coordinating care with physicians and other health disciplines
- Utilizing critical thinking skills and professional discretion in all patient interactions
- Participating in ongoing learning and floating to different units as needed
