Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff at multiple levels, ensuring effective collaboration across disciplines.
• Employ critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate with Float Pool nurses for cross-unit support; ensure accurate timekeeping as appropriate.
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and families, supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent Telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary care environment.
