Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff at multiple levels, ensuring effective collaboration across disciplines.
- Employ critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate with Float Pool nurses for cross-unit support; ensure accurate timekeeping as appropriate.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and families, supporting optimal patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum one year of recent Telemetry experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary care environment.
