Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with Telemetry experience
- Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care teams
- Familiarity with nursing care standards and patient assessment protocols

Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in alignment with established standards and individualized patient needs
- Oversee and direct activities of assigned nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Coordinate patient care effectively with multiple healthcare disciplines
- Manage education and non-productive hours for Float Pool nursing staff within the department
- Ensure Float Pool nurses clock in accurately when working different units
