Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specific shift details provided during interview process
Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Demonstrated competency in Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent RN-Tele experience in an acute care setting
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated care to a diverse patient population following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and mentor various levels of nursing staff
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Exercise sound clinical judgments while managing multiple priorities
