Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in adapting to rapidly changing clinical situations
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Demonstrated experience supervising and guiding support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered telemetry nursing care following established protocols and best practices
- Oversee and support the activities of assigned nursing staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
