In this contract role, you'll deliver high-quality nursing services to patients requiring close cardiac monitoring, ensuring care is both coordinated and consistent with current standards and protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based care to a group of telemetry patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms to identify acute changes; respond quickly to patient needs.
• Supervise and guide the activities of assigned nursing staff to support excellent patient outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, allied health professionals, and support personnel.
• Utilize professional discretion, critical thinking, and independent judgment in daily practice.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and accurately.
• Foster a patient-centric environment focused on safety, respect, and compassion.
• Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Recent experience in Telemetry or related acute care nursing role.
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and emergency response protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to supervise nursing staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
