Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Previous experience in a telemetry or similar acute care nursing environment
- Strong grasp of the nursing process, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff of various experience levels
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and professional discretion
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
