Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in a telemetry or similar acute care nursing environment
• Strong grasp of the nursing process, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff of various experience levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and professional discretion
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
