An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in telemetry. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care aligned with the nursing process and established standards
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients, responding promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition
- Supervise, mentor, and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other team members to coordinate care plans
- Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment in fast-paced clinical scenarios
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Promote a supportive environment focused on patient safety, dignity, and comfort
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of experience in a telemetry nursing setting preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring nursing or support staff
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Competence with electronic health records and telemetry monitoring systems
