This travel nursing opportunity in telemetry offers valuable exposure to varied clinical practices and innovative leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts: 18:45 07:15
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts included unless schedule requests are made in advance
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry RN experience
- BSN preferred
- Ability to float to different units as needed
- Commitment to a nicotine-free workplace
- Must be able to attend comprehensive, multi-day orientation
- Experience with Altera Sunrise is a plus, though not required
- New graduates are not accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting
- Monitor and assess cardiac and vital signs
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately chart using the Altera Sunrise EMR system
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Adhere strictly to facility protocols, including weekend and holiday rotations
