Desired Qualifications:

• Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (attach to resume)
• 25 years recent Telemetry/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Ventilator/tracheostomy experience essential
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Associationmust be attached)
• Strong critical thinking, delegation, and leadership skills
• Previous travel experience and proficiency with EMR systems are highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in line with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
• Anticipate, plan, and ensure safe patient care delivery utilizing critical thinking and scientific judgment
• Maintain ongoing clinical competencies and pursue continuing education
• Delegate tasks according to staff expertise and patient priorities
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel in patient care
