This travel assignment will further your nursing career by providing direct experience in Telemetry while working alongside experienced professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts: 1845-0715
- Every other weekend shifts required
- Holiday coverage unless requested off
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac and vital signs, intervening as necessary
- Document assessments and patient responses within Altera Sunrise (training provided for this intuitive EMR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float as needed to meet facility needs
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience
- BSN preferred
- Prior EMR experience helpful, but not required (training available)
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
- Nicotine-free
