Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Float as required to various units
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license (required to apply)
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- CPI (or equivalent) preferred
- Specialty certifications highly desired (PCCN, RN-BC)
- Must achieve 80% or better on EKG exam during orientation
- Two or more years of recent full-time RN experience in Cardiac Telemetry/Progressive Cardiac/Cardiac Stepdown
- Large hospital (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) experience highly preferred
- All licenses/certifications must be valid through contract end
- Compliance requirements must be met prior to assignment start
- No requested time off during initial contract period
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cardiac telemetry care to diverse patient populations
- Float to similar/lesser acuity units as needed (Telemetry, Med/Surg, ED/PACU holds)
- Collaborate with experienced interdisciplinary teams
- Provide evidence-based care and contribute to positive patient outcomes
