Schedule and Hours:

• Variable shifts available
• Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Experience caring for geriatric or swing bed patients (inpatient rehab background strongly desired)
• Advanced wound care skills
• Comfortable working with standard Med/Surg equipment and Cerner documentation system
• Professionalism in adhering to a navy uniform or navy top with white bottoms
• Strong commitment to a concierge style of patient care and excellent communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, comprehensive care for acute and swing bed patients, focusing on geriatric and rehabilitation populations
• Perform minor wound care procedures and advanced patient assessments
• Document thoroughly in Cerner
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team; tech or HUC support may be limited depending on shift
• Rarely float outside of assigned unit
• Uphold standards of service excellence, particularly for patients who expect a higher level of engagement
