Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in a Telemetry unit or similar acute care setting
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and assessment of cardiac rhythms
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to respond quickly to changes in patient status
• A passion for providing compassionate care and patient advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and patient vital signs
• Collect and document patient data, including assessments and nursing interventions
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to provider orders and protocols
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, procedures, and prescribed treatments
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals
• Maintain patient safety while delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and patient responses in real time
