Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Proven experience in Telemetry nursing
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
  • Exceptional assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously assess and monitor cardiac patients, recognizing emergent conditions promptly
  • Implement individualized care plans based on patient status and physician orders
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, medications, and responses
  • Operate and troubleshoot telemetry equipment
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
