Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday rotations required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license
- Minimum experience with telemetry patient care
- Proficiency in managing cardiac drips, including amiodarone and Cardizem
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to telemetry patients, ensuring continuous cardiac monitoring
- Administer cardiac medications, including complex drip titrations
- Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Quickly respond to changes in patient status and implement life-saving interventions when needed
- Meticulously document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Support patient and family education on cardiac health and recovery
