Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute your expertise in a fast-paced progressive environment. This opportunity seeks a skilled RN with Telemetry experience to support patients requiring cardiac monitoring and specialized observation during their hospital stay.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Expertise in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and prompt response to cardiac events
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptability to dynamic clinical settings and patient acuity changes

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms for assigned patients, promptly identifying and escalating abnormalities
• Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, medication administration, reassessment, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to implement effective care plans
• Thoroughly document interventions, observations, and clinical changes in EMR
• Prioritize patient safety and implement critical thinking during emergencies
• Support patients and families, offering explanations and comfort as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and national standards for infection control and patient care
