Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license required
- Previous Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and direct staff at various levels
- Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide activities of the nursing staff
- Apply critical thinking, discretion, and independent judgment in patient care
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes
