Required Qualifications:
- Active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (attach with resume)
- American Heart Association ACLS & BLS certifications (required on submission)
- Two to five years of recent Telemetry/LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
- Strong clinical acumen and leadership capabilities
- Up-to-date clinical competencies and dedication to ongoing education
Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise full accountability for nursing care by employing the Nursing Process in line with current policies and state guidelines
- Demonstrate critical decision-making and leadership in patient care planning and delivery
- Delegate tasks based on staff credentials and experience
