Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year experience in Telemetry nursing
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and telemetry monitoring
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess cardiac patients, promptly recognizing changes in cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and manage IVs as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
• Provide compassionate patient education and support to families
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
