Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
- Willingness to embrace new workflows and technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients utilizing telemetry equipment, ensuring timely recognition of cardiac changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families
- Maintain meticulous records in accordance with facility standards
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
