Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position with flexible assignment schedules, designed to balance your work and leisure time

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of one year recent Telemetry (RN-Tele) nursing experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized Telemetry care, monitoring patient vitals and responding to cardiac and neurological changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care
• Support a healing and safe environment for patients at all acuity levels
