Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Telemetry setting
• Thorough understanding of telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and delegate to diverse nursing teams

Schedule:

• Full-time contract
• Shift details provided during interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to an assigned group of patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and the nursing process
• Monitor patient assessment data and telemetry readings, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Oversee and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff at various competency levels
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing colleagues, and allied health professionals to plan and implement individualized care
• Use sound judgement and professional discretion in fast-paced scenarios
• Promote a safe, supportive environment for patients, families, and staff members
