Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in Telemetry nursing
• Strong understanding of the nursing process and standards of care
• Proven ability to apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising and directing nursing teams
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, coordinated nursing care to patients according to established protocols
• Utilize clinical assessment skills to monitor and respond to patient needs
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Integrate evidence-based practices and uphold patient safety standards
• Engage in effective problem solving to address patient and unit challenges
• Participate in care planning, patient education, and documentation in accordance with facility policies
