Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in Telemetry/step-down or similar acute care setting
• Strong competency with telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Solid assessment, documentation, and critical thinking abilities
• Skilled in patient education and engaging families as partners in care
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and nursing support staff
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
