Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac telemetry and recognize significant changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Maintain safety standards and infection control practices

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Every Other Week (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH) shifts
