Job Description
Deliver expert nursing care in a dynamic clinical environment, focusing on tele nursing practices. This position requires independent practice with strong situational awareness, providing both routine and complex care to patients. Utilize clinical judgment to manage patient care effectively, make informed assignments, and delegate tasks to optimize team performance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care consistent with ANA Scope and Standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social patient needs with sensitivity and professionalism. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care interventions accurately. Educate patients, families, and caregivers by assessing learning needs and providing pertinent information and resources. Demonstrate leadership qualities aligned with professional nursing competencies.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of one year experience in nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in New Mexico or valid compact license. BLS certification (AHA only) required.
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
