Provide expert patient care in a fast-paced Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry unit, applying your critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver safe, high-quality nursing services. This travel opportunity requires strong nursing judgment, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for managing shift accountability, delegating tasks to staff according to their competencies, and maintaining compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process, adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and facility guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2-5 years nursing experience in LTAC or telemetry settings
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
- American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications (must be attached)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
