Job Description
Provide specialized care as a Registered Nurse with a focus on Telemetry in a vibrant Boston healthcare setting. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic schedule designed to support patient health while respecting your work-life balance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification required
- Proven telemetry nursing experience essential
- Experience with Meditech is advantageous but not mandatory for strong candidates
- Prior travel nursing experience is highly valued
Schedule/Hours:
- Dayshift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and every other holiday will be part of the rotation
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cardiac telemetry rhythms and vital signs to detect patient changes promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital protocols
- Educate patients and families about conditions and care procedures
