Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year of recent Telemetry experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Strong patient assessment, monitoring, and communication abilities
- Adaptable and efficient in dynamic, fast-paced hospital environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit
- Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms, responding swiftly to any changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
- Accurately document patient information and care provided
