Provide expert nursing care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, delivering critical monitoring and support to patients requiring cardiac and other vital sign surveillance. Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
- Assess and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient and family education on health management and recovery
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN licensure
- Experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac monitoring preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BLS and ACLS certification required
