Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license required
• Prior experience in telemetry or similar acute care setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities
• Ability to function independently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with standard precautions and use of personal protective equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and actively monitor individualized patient care plans based on medical directives and nursing best practices
• Accurately record, monitor, and communicate patient condition and progress to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Serve as the primary coordinator to support cohesive, team-oriented patient care
• Follow and execute physician and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Proactively assess, plan, and facilitate patient discharges, collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and thorough transitions
• Consistently adhere to facility policies, protocols, and safety standards, including appropriate use of PPE
