Step into an essential nursing role providing care for adult patients in both Telemetry and Medical-Surgical settings. This contract-based position requires a registered nurse with clinical skills that span telemetry monitoring and general medical-surgical care, supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, patient-focused treatment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) and Med-Surg units
• Proficient in patient assessment, telemetry interpretation, and care planning
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible scheduling may be available; specifics discussed upon interview
• Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends according to unit needs

Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor patient vitals and maintain continuous cardiac monitoring for telemetry patients
• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in medical-surgical settings, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other health professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document assessments, care provided, and patient responses in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and quality throughout all nursing activities
