Key Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license
- At least one year of experience in Telemetry nursing
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Solid understanding of cardiac rhythms and telemetry equipment
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
- Provide direct nursing care, implementing physician orders and care plans
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families
- Accurately document patient status and interventions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
