Requirements for Success:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Telemetry (RN-Tele) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong ability to interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms and patient status changes
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating telemetry monitoring equipment and documenting accurately
• Proficiency collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitoring for patients requiring continuous cardiac observation
• Recognize and respond swiftly to changes in patients conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following hospital procedures
