Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. This contract opportunity provides an exceptional platform to use your clinical expertise to monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions. Your ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly respond to changes, and effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment will be essential for positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in a Telemetry/Step Down/Progressive Care Unit
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and monitoring
- Basic and advanced cardiac life support certification (BLS, ACLS)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaborative abilities
Typical Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Perform timely and thorough patient assessments
- Document all patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Rapidly respond to emergencies and changes in patient status
- Educate patients and families about cardiac care and discharge instructions
- Work collaboratively with interprofessional team members to ensure comprehensive, quality care
