Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience on a Telemetry unit
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring, identifying arrhythmias, and responding to emergencies
• Strong understanding of evidence-based telemetry nursing protocols
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing changes in patient status
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for complex patients with cardiac conditions
• Safely administer medications and manage IV drips, titrating as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, updating physicians with critical findings
• Educate and support patients and their families, explaining treatment plans and procedures
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in shift handoffs and unit meetings to ensure continuity and quality of care
