Schedule:
- Travel assignment; specific shift structure to be provided upon interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care for telemetry patients or an assigned group, in accordance with established care standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff, fostering growth and collaboration
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, ensuring seamless patient transitions and communication
- Use critical thinking and independent judgment to monitor, assess, and report on patient condition changes
- Uphold patient safety and compliance with facility policies at all times
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Telemetry setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Previous experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred
