Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond quickly in changing situations
