Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competent nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assess patient and family readiness to learn, incorporating educational materials tailored to developmental levels.
• Perform bedside point-of-care testing to inform patient care plans.
