Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend
- No on-call required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary care to Stepdown patients, adapting quickly to changing clinical needs
- Follow evidence-based protocols and utilize Cerner OneChart for seamless care coordination
- Float to similar units on campus, or at times, to affiliated campuses within Wichita
- Foster effective multidisciplinary teamwork to enhance patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family education to support recovery and wellness
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Demonstrated expertise in Stepdown/Intermediate Care settings
- Commitment to professional flexibilityincluding floating as needed
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to wear ceil blue scrubs as required by facility
