Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Minimum of one year experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients stepping down from intensive care
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and intervene as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery expectations
