Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care in Stepdown, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float as needed between units and locations within a 40-mile radius to support staffing demands.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care.
• Flexibility to work across various units and locations within the region.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment with competence and professionalism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
