An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Stepdown (Progressive Care Unit) experience to support acute care needs in West Bend, WI. This contract position places you where your skills are most needed, whether on a Progressive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical, or Telemetry unit. Flexibility and expertise in these areas are essential as you will be floating onsite within your skill set or to nearby sites within a 40-mile radius.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active RN licensure with Stepdown and/or Med-Surg telemetry experience
- Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, or Telemetry acute care experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings in acute care environments
- Willingness to float onsite or to locations within a 40-mile radius as needed
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills
