Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible in North Carolina or compact states
- Minimum 1 year recent Stepdown experience (within the last 2 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and rapid response skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients transitioning from critical care to med-surg units
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes
- Document all care activities accurately and efficiently
