Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent stepdown or progressive care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in critical thinking, patient assessment, and monitoring
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with electronic health records and updated technologies, preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to stepdown patients with acute and complex medical needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor condition changes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and manage devices or drips as indicated
