A nursing opportunity is available in Waukesha, WI, for experienced RNs with skills in stepdown nursing, med-surg telemetry, or progressive care unit (PCU) settings. Responsibilities include providing nursing care on units where the greatest need exists, whether that's PCU, med-surg, or telemetry. Flexibility to float within your skill set to other nearby sites within a 40-mile radius is required, supporting a dynamic healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in PCU, med-surg, telemetry, or acute care settings
- Competency in stepdown or med-surg nursing care, with credentialing applicable to both roles
- Ability to adapt to varying unit assignments based on patient care needs
- Willingness to float onsite or to nearby facilities within 40 miles
