Within this travel RN position, youll have the chance to:
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible, travel-based assignments (shifts and hours shared during interview).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality nursing care to Stepdown patients, closely monitoring vital signs and responding to acute changes.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning.
- Evaluate patient progress and provide patient/family education to promote understanding and well-being.
- Maintain thorough documentation, following facility and regulatory guidelines.
- Support patient safety initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (NC or compact).
- Minimum of one year recent Stepdown/Telemetry nursing experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills.
