With an assignment duration of 16 weeks and a flexible rotating shift schedule totaling 36 hours per week, youll have time to explore Hawaiis breathtaking coastlines, traditional cuisine, and welcoming islands during your downtime. Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating shifts
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years staff experience in Cardiac Telemetry, Progressive Cardiac Care, or Cardiac Stepdown
- Strong Telemetry and ICU stepdown background required
- Previous Float Pool experience highly preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Certifications required: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, AHA or APEX NIHSS
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a Stepdown/PCU setting
- Monitor and manage complex cardiac and telemetry patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Adapt quickly to varying patient volumes and acuities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation using EPIC EMR
