Schedule/Hours:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care setting required
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical documentation skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and clinical workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown-level patients transitioning from critical care
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals for comprehensive care planning
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and ongoing healthcare needs
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards
